Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC/R installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Experience with refrigeration units and control panels.
• Ability to lead and mentor field teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA refrigerant handling and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems.
• Lead diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Manage refrigerant handling and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and mentor field teams; provide hands-on training.
• Maintain work orders, maintenance logs, and records.
• Support on-call rotations for urgent service needs.
• Manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and scheduling.
