Walmart is seeking a Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration in Plano, TX to install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial settings. Qualifications
- HVAC/R certification and 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or construction for commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
- Option 2: 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls or related field.
- Hold and maintain EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
- Maintain and repair refrigeration units (racks, walk-ins, reach-ins).
- Inspect and ensure compliance with HVAC/R regulations.
