• Experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and monitoring repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC control systems.
• Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to maintain HVAC systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC controls including pneumatic, electric, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/BAS control issues and balance systems.
• Respond to service calls and estimate repairs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Work extensively outdoors installing and maintaining technical equipment.
