Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician III to support Facilities Operations & Maintenance for its government customer in NORCO, CA. The role covers daily maintenance of HVAC systems, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with electricians and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive/corrective maintenance, and overseeing contractor work. Candidates should have 3+ years in HVAC, OSHA-10, and universal CFC certification.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in HVAC service and maintenance.
• Experience with BAS and industrial controls.
• Familiar with VAV, pneumatic and DDC controls.
• Ability to interpret operation sequences for AHU systems.
• Strong Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks on HVAC systems and equipment.
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance on work orders.
• Assist Lead Technician with installation and maintenance of HVAC components.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure code compliance and safety.
• Maintain safety and PPE standards; participate in monthly trainings.
