This role offers strong hands-on opportunities, calibration with multimeters, laptops, and network devices, and a chance to work with platforms from JCI, Honeywell, Siemens, Trane, Schneider, ALC, and Tridium.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on DDC / HVAC controls experience.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and field problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and construction drawings.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced HVAC control systems.
• Perform system calibration using tools like multimeters, laptops, and network devices.
• Execute point-to-point checkout and system verification.
• Integrate systems across major platforms (JCI, Honeywell, Siemens, Trane, Schneider, ALC, Tridium).
• Deliver hands-on training to building owners and operators.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions in the field.
