Job summary

WDF Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead HVAC projects at our Brooklyn site. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and coord with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, on-time installations.

The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of construction management experience in commercial HVAC, with strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Revit. This role offers a challenging, visible portfolio of landmark projects.

Qualifications

• 20+ years' experience in construction management for commercial HVAC projects.
• Proven experience managing commercial HVAC projects in the $4 million to $40 million range.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and execute project based on scope of work requirements, specifications and schedules.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Adobe, Excel & Outlook.
• Proficient in Navisworks with knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for BIM Coordination & modeling.
• Professional Certifications such as an Associates / Bachelor's Degree in Construction related fields or Engineering is preferred. HS Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from start to finish including estimates and takeoffs.
• Purchase/materials, lease equipment and schedule employees.
• Interface with clients, design professionals and subcontractors to meet budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and officials as needed.
• Review blueprints, specifications and scope to align with client needs and standards.
• Communicate with project management to address site conditions and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
