A top WBE Mechanical Contractor in NYC is looking for a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to oversee the execution of HVAC projects in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in managing HVAC projects and public projects in NYC, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and proficiency in AutoCAD and Procore. Qualifications

• 3+ years managing mechanical/HVAC projects.
• 3+ years managing NYC public projects.
• OSHA 40 (minimum) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC projects.
• Manage project documentation: RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and billing.
• Conduct site visits and oversee on-site performance.
