Job summary

WDF Inc., a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead HVAC projects at our Brooklyn site. You will oversee commercial HVAC initiatives from start to finish, coordinating with clients, design professionals and subcontractors.

Candidates should have 20+ years in construction management for HVAC, with experience managing $4M to $40M projects, strong reading of blueprints, schedules, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 20+ years' experience in construction management for HVAC projects.
• Proven experience managing commercial HVAC projects in the $4 million to $40 million range.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from start to completion, including estimates, takeoffs, purchasing, equipment leasing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with clients, design professionals and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and scope of work to ensure alignment with client needs and codes.
• Review site conditions with field trades to address challenges in delivering equipment and materials.
• Maintain workmanship that adheres to original plans and specifications.
• Maintain regular communication with the client’s management team and adjust schedule and manpower as needed.
