WDF Inc., a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our project site in Brooklyn, NY. As a HVAC Senior Project Manager at WDF Inc., you will manage commercial HVAC projects from start to completion, including

Qualifications

• 20+ years' experience in construction management for commercial HVAC projects.
• Proven experience managing commercial HVAC projects from $4M to $40M.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; good BIM coordination with Navisworks, AutoCAD and Revit.
• Certifications such as an Associates/Bachelor's in construction-related fields or engineering preferred; HS diploma required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, including estimates and takeoffs.
• Purchase materials, lease equipment, and schedule employees for projects.
• Interface with clients, design professionals and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specs and scope to align with client needs and codes.
• Maintain regular client management communications and adjust schedules as needed.
