Ideal candidates have 20+ years in construction management, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Revit. Degree in construction or engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in construction management for commercial HVAC projects.
• Experience managing HVAC projects in the $4M–$40M range.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Navisworks; knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for BIM.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction or engineering preferred; HS diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, including estimates, procurement, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with clients, design professionals and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and scope of work to align with client needs and standards.
• Maintain regular communication with the client’s management team and adjust schedules as needed.
