As a HVAC Senior Project Manager at WDF Inc., you will:
Manage commercial HVAC projects from start to completion to include preparation of estimates & takeoffs, purchasing of material, leasing equipment and scheduling employees. Work with clients, design professionals and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, scope of work outlines, equipment information to ensure all aspects of a project align with the client's needs, industry standards, code requirements and design intent Review site conditions with field trades to address any challenges to completion of work delivery of equipment & materials on site Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Maintain regular communication with the client's management team, and adjust schedule and manpower requirements as needed.
