Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and scheduling with Project Supervisors.

You will ensure teams follow SOPs, manage project scopes and budgets, and coordinate resources from inception to completion. The role requires 3–5 years in electrical construction, a degree in engineering or construction management is preferred, and strong proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and PM software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related electrical construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Master’s degree in related field a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and other programs.
• Familiarity with PM/document control software.
• Familiarity with construction/financial software packages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Coordinate scheduling with Project Supervisor and engineers.
• Support field personnel with subcontractor relations and problem resolution.
• Maintain full financial responsibility for projects and understand accounting practices.
• Review scope for project turnover and attend walk-throughs.
• Ensure document control including insurance, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders.
• Prepare budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
• Collaborate with foreman on safety and site activities.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership with recommended resolutions.
