Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks a Service Project Manager to lead pre- and post-sale activities for service projects over $10,000 or 24 hours. You will assist sales with scope and costs, then coordinate planning, installation and commissioning of mechanical systems on site.

You will manage the contract budget, supervise staff, and liaise with architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely, compliant delivery and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Project management experience across pre- and post-sale phases.
• Strong budgeting, cost estimating and scope development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of HVAC controls and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interface with customers and subcontractors at management level.

Responsibilities

• Provide presale support to estimate costs and draft scope of work.
• Oversee contract budget and monitor financial performance.
• Coordinate planning, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
