Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or construction discipline.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects.
• Experience submitting written proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors.
• Understanding preventive maintenance schedules and operations.
• Ability to meet demanding customer requirements.
• Strong experience with Windows and MS Office.
• Demonstrated skill at developing and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly financial forecasts and monthly updates for the contract.
• Lead a team of technical employees and maintain a trained workforce.
• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and subcontracts for facilities work.
• Control operating expenses and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide administrative and technical direction to staff.
• Plan and delegate major project assignments to supervisory staff.
• Ensure upkeep of facilities including HVAC, sanitation, and safety.
• Coordinate procurement of supplies and services and maintain inventory.
• Maintain records and liaison with architects, engineers, contractors.
• Develop training sessions for employees.
• Maintain a strong safety program.
• Work with customer to find mutually satisfactory solutions.
