Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects.
• HVAC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, and design review.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close-out activities.
• Gather project requirements from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
