Job summary

in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in HVAC controls, strong problem-solving and people skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Visio, Bluebeam, and Niagara Workbench.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of HVAC Controls experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Visio, Bluebeam, and Niagara Workbench.

Responsibilities

• Integrate various manufacturers of DDC/PLC style controllers to form a reliable building automation network.
• Create Tridium/Niagara-based, accurate graphics interfaces for building operators.
• Collaborate with vendors to produce graphical floor plans, unit schematics, and graphical schedules for building operations.
• Assist field engineer in quality control of field wiring and in functional testing of devices and sequences of operations.
• Assist field engineer in commissioning of customer graphics and train owner/operator on the interface.
• Develop and maintain graphics library and graphics standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Understand project scope and execute duties within the timeline.
