Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC project management experience.
• Proven design-build project management experience.
• Strong HVAC systems knowledge and construction methods.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, related field preferred.
• PE or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects from planning to closeout.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to design HVAC systems.
• Developing project plans and schedules; ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for timely materials and services.
• Ensuring work meets codes, standards, and regulations.
• Communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Improving PM processes and tools for efficiency.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality project delivery.
