Job summary

Jobot in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Permanent HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team. You will oversee all aspects of HVAC projects from conception to completion, with a strong emphasis on design-build delivery and achieving quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Work closely with architects, engineers and field teams to design and implement robust HVAC systems, develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in HVAC or related industry.
• Experience in design-build projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction methods.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of HVAC projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design HVAC systems.
• Develop project plans and schedules to meet time and budget targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and continuously improve PM processes.
• Deliver high-quality projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
