Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial or Industrial Construction Manager.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC sheet metal, hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, and related equipment.
- Experience with large MEP projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial and industrial process projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
- Translate project scope, schedules, and technical requirements into clear direction for field leadership and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage project financials, including scopes of work, schedules of values, labor budgets, and cost tracking.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical, schedule, or cost challenges as they arise.
- Uphold company safety and quality standards on every project and jobsite.
