LeoForce is seeking a permanent Project Manager for HVAC and Mechanical projects in Oglesby, IL. The role oversees project planning, design, and construction, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will lead budgeting efforts, manage risks, and ensure safety and quality standards across all project stages while maintaining strong client relationships and clear stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically leading HVAC and Mechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and HVAC/Mechanical systems.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions quickly.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget development and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee HVAC/Mechanical projects in the construction industry, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking all costs and ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from planning and design through construction and handover.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, regulations, and laws.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
