Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a seasoned professional to plan, organize, and direct all contract functions with our client.

The role covers daily operations, maintenance, and reimbursable projects under the contract, with responsibility for budget and subcontract administration. You will lead technical staff, coordinate site work, ensure safety, and maintain strong client relationships, while aligning with construction and facilities management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects.
• Experience submitting proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors.
• Strong proficiency with Windows and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, and controls all contract functions between Mesa Energy Systems and our client.
• Oversees daily operations and maintenance and reimbursable projects under the contract.
• Manages contract budget and supervision of project personnel.
• Coordinates procurement and subcontract administration for facilities work.
• Maintains records, reports, and controls to ensure performance.
• Ensures safety programs and customer satisfaction in project execution.
