Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, organize, and direct mechanical and automation projects. You will coordinate turnover meetings, manage budgets, schedules, and staffing, and ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a construction background is required.
• 5+ years in HVAC, Controls, and Plumbing Project Management.
• Experience managing large retrofit projects is preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control all project aspects.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for successful completion of all project aspects.
• Prepares monthly forecasts and ensures financial goals are met.
• Manages overall contract operations including schedule, cost, and staffing.
• Oversees safety adherence and site practices with the Safety Director.
• Maintains records, document control, and coordination with owners, architects, and contractors.
• Leads supervision staff and delegates major assignments.
