Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of residential and commercial HVAC products.

You will drive end-to-end NPD projects, ensure compliance, and provide cross-functional technical leadership across manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain. Candidates should have 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience, a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering (MS preferred), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
• Proven track record releasing at least two product families.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, optimization, and sustainment of HVAC products.
• Manage end-to-end NPD projects with timelines and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and interface with testing agencies.
• Provide cross-functional guidance to manufacturing, quality, and sales.
• Prepare BOMs, drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA principles.
