Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Product Development Engineer for its US R&D Center in Alpharetta, Georgia. You will advance HVAC product development, work with cross-functional teams, and align designs with North American market needs and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with the Korea R&D team on ODM activities and contribute to manuals and service documentation for US commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC, water heating, and/or unitary products.
• Experience with VRF, Acoil, AHU, FCU, Chiller preferred.
• 3D CAD software knowledge and GD&T interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support New LG NPI Product Development.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and program managers to ensure on-time launches.
• Analyze data from field tests and performance metrics for improvements.
