Job summary

LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Controls & System Integration Engineer to lead testing and validation of control systems for North America. You will manage lab environments, troubleshoot interfaces, and coordinate with HQ in Korea, using Korean and English.

The role requires deep technical depth, leadership, and cross‑regional collaboration. 10+ years in HVAC controls and hands‑on testing are essential. U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 10+ years in HVAC controls or system integration.
• Hands-on system integration testing experience.
• Fluent Korean required for HQ collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration testing for HVAC control systems and gateways.
• Establish lab environments to replicate field conditions.
• Analyze communication logs (BACnet, Modbus, RS485) for root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with North America and Global HQ teams in Korean and English.
• Develop guidelines, documentation, and training materials.
