AIR Control Concepts in Dallas–Fort Worth seeks a seasoned Senior Account Executive to drive new business and manage key accounts in commercial HVAC and plumbing. You will grow revenue through service agreements, repairs, and turnkey projects, coordinating with service, estimating, construction, and project management teams.

The role emphasizes understanding facilities, building trusted relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical contracting, service sales, account management, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and mechanical service operations.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and develop new business.
• Experience identifying and selling service, maintenance, repair, replacement, or mechanical construction opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical scopes of work and technical proposals.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations and management.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Existing relationships within the commercial property management, facility management, industrial, or construction markets.
• Experience selling turnkey HVAC or plumbing projects.
• Background in commercial HVAC or plumbing service, estimating, project management, or field operations.
• Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance agreements.
• Familiarity with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and large commercial mechanical systems.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and growing assigned accounts.
