Air Control Concepts seeks a Senior Account Executive for its Mechanical & Plumbing Systems division in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will develop new business, manage key accounts, and drive revenue through commercial HVAC and plumbing services, turnkey projects, and maintenance agreements.

This role requires building trusted relationships, understanding facilities, and collaborating with service, estimating, and project teams to deliver profitable projects.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and develop new business.
• Experience selling turnkey HVAC/plumbing projects.

Mansioni

• Identify, pursue, and develop new commercial HVAC and plumbing service customers.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, and owners.
• Generate opportunities for service agreements, repairs, upgrades, and turnkey projects.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on proposals.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Present service recommendations and project scopes to customers.
• Coordinate project turnover to ensure smooth handoff from sales to operations.
