Job summary

Heartland Home Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to install, modify and overhaul residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning and furnaces.

You will lead a high-performing installation team, ensuring quality work while maintaining strong customer relations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of installation experience with a Journeyman leadership mindset, excellent communication, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC installation experience with journeyman leadership mindset.
EPA Certification preferred; Masters will pay for you to obtain one if you do not have one.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Install, modify, and overhaul HVAC systems (A/C, furnaces) in residential settings.
Lead and develop the installation team to achieve high performance.
Maintain and repair HVAC systems as needed and perform installations.
Deliver exceptional customer service with clear written and verbal communication.
Mentor and train less experienced technicians to grow their knowledge and skills.
