Job summary

Integrity Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC installer to lead residential installations from start to finish. You will install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork while mentoring the install team and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You’ll work an early start with potential overtime. A strong service mindset and commitment to doing the job right the first time are essential. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a 7:00 AM start, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays available).

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring every job meets company, manufacturer, and code standards.
• Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Mentor and support install team members, setting the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Diagnose and resolve installation or startup issues to ensure systems operate properly before leaving the job.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process and answer questions with confidence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while following all safety protocols and industry standards.
