Job summary

Advanced Home Services is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to join our install team in Rigby, Idaho. You will lead retrofit replacements for HVAC systems and supervise crews removing and replacing furnaces and air conditioners.

Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system, including checks for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. Emphasis on customer service, with duties including payments and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC install experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to retrofit and replace furnaces and air conditioners.
• Perform safety and performance tests on each system.
• Check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.
• Communicate status to homeowners after service.
• Assist with collecting payments and maintaining truck inventory.

We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our install team.The primary duties of a Lead HVAC Installer are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems and lead crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
