Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee the installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems. You will lead a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain safety compliance.

Responsibilities include training Install Helpers, coordinating with homeowners, managing inventory and tools, and delivering exceptional customer service while performing physical tasks up to 50–100 pounds in various environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC experience in residential market.
• EPA certification compliant with environmental regs.
• Valid Driver's License (min 3 years).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, or replace HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites.
• Lead a team to ensure high-quality and safe installations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
