Heartland Home Services is seeking an Install Technician to install and service residential HVAC systems, handling gas, oil, propane and electric furnaces, along with air conditioners and heat pumps. You will work with the Install Manager to complete jobs on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor apprentices. We value safety, organization, and a customer‑facing mindset to drive referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
• General knowledge of HVAC state codes and ability to apply them practically on each job.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Complete jobs on time and under budget, aligning with company financial goals.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure high quality installations.
• Work with customer service and dispatch to support overall success.
• Sign off on job quality checklist and maintain organized job sites.
