Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Duluth, GA is seeking a Manager, Field Operations to supervise service and installation teams and drive branch KPI performance.

You will ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with the General Manager. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years HVAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience servicing and installing residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ technical HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service and installation activities to meet KPI’s.
• Report unsafe acts, hazards and incidents immediately to supervisor/manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
• Provide input on developing safety initiatives and plans.
• Lead and develop field teams and coordinate with the General Manager.
