Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVAC systems, performing proactive testing and scheduled maintenance.

The role is part of Engineering and Technical Services, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. You will lead maintenance tasks, calibrate control systems, inspect equipment for code compliance, troubleshoot failures, and coach others while upholding CBRE RISE

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
