Responsibilities include directing tasks, installing and calibrating control systems, inspecting equipment for compliance, troubleshooting failures, and mentoring other staff while upholding CBRE

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 4-5 years in related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, and maintain control systems for HVAC equipment and calibration.
• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment for proper operation and codes compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify optimal modification strategies.
