Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 4–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain HVAC control systems and related instruments.
• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment for proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best action for modifications.
• Share knowledge and coach others within the team.
