Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical HVAC design experience across commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficient in Revit for MEP design and coordination with other disciplines.
• Experience with load calculations and equipment sizing for diverse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC construction documents for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
• Perform load calculations and select appropriate equipment.
• Design and lay out HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and components.
• Coordinate with architecture, structure, plumbing, and electrical teams.
• Review calculations and construction documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Support construction during RFIs, submittals, and design reviews.
