Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC design experience in an A/E or consulting environment preferred.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 1–2 years.
• Experience with healthcare, government, education, or institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical construction documents for HVAC and ductwork/piping systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support project planning, schedules, and technical decision-making.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site visits.
• Prepare system narratives, Basis of Design documents, and specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to QA/QC and process improvements.
• Explore energy-efficient and sustainable mechanical solutions.
