Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a field-based HVAC technician to commission, troubleshoot, repair and start up systems at customer sites. You will be the primary on-site contact, coordinating with project leaders and customers to ensure installations meet specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 10+ years in HVAC, and a valid driver's license. EPA certification is preferred. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge with end-to-end service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment on customer sites.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing, programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing projects.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction on-site.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for installation and repair.
