Trane Technologies is seeking a Field-based Senior Controls Technician to install, program, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems at customer sites. You will manage service contracts, assist BAS/Controls project managers with quotes, train customers, and document work thoroughly.

Qualifications

Studies in Engineering/Instrumentation/IT/LAN or up to 5 years of HVAC controls experience.
5+ years of experience in the HVAC field.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Programming.
Knowledge of software, applications and IT platforms.

Responsibilities

Install, program and troubleshoot all new Trane Controls Systems projects.
Maintain service contracts and customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and taking corrective actions.
Administer and schedule service contracts.
Assist BAS/Controls project managers in preparing customer quotes.
Provide customer training.
Document work and complete service reports and maintenance paperwork.
Read and review drawings and schematics.
