Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States invites you to join a field-based role focused on commissioning, programming, setting up graphics, communications links, and end-to-end testing on customer projects.

You will document point-to-point verifications, sequence of operations validation, and on-site repairs, while coordinating with the team leader and customers to meet requirements and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of HVAC/Controls experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with clean record.
• 5+ years experience with BAS Control Systems; Niagara Workbench with N4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, programming, graphics setup, communications link, and end-to-end testing on assigned projects.
• Document point-to-point verification and sequence of operations validation.
• Serve as direct customer contact; service products and equipment on site.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements and forecast issues.
• Stay current on Trane products for installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of DDC systems.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets on site.
