Job summary

Trane Italia is seeking a Senior HVAC Controls Technician to perform installation, programming and troubleshooting of Trane Controls projects at customer sites. The role includes maintaining service contracts, assisting project managers with quotes, and providing customer training.

The position requires strong knowledge of HVAC systems, AutoCAD, and programming, with travel to client locations as needed and flexibility for overtime. On-site work environment with regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and programming.
Experience with IT software platforms.
Intermediate English language.
5+ years HVAC experience.
Engineering/Instrumentation/IT studies completed.

Responsibilities

Perform service on HVAC controls, including installation, programming and troubleshooting for Trane Controls projects.
Maintain service contracts, address client concerns, implement corrective actions, and communicate with clients and teammates.
Administer and schedule service contracts and projects.
Assist BAS/Controls project managers with client quotations.
Provide client training and on-site support as needed.
Document work with paperwork and maintenance reports.
