The Opportunity

We are seeking a Software Engineer to develop embedded control software for HVAC products, including control board development, system verification, and communication integration. Candidates should have experience with C-based microcontroller programming and an interest in HVAC or building automation. As a technical expert, you will support product development and identify market opportunities aligned with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and debug embedded software for HVAC control systems.
Implement control logic and algorithms.
Build test environments and conduct logic testing and validation (unit and system-level testing).
Perform pre-launch verification, issue analysis, and coordinate with field support teams.
Create technical documentation and collaborate with HQ.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Computer, Control Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in embedded systems development using C language.
Experience designing and debugging microcontroller-based software.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems or control logic.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Bilingual in Korean and English.
Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic/international).
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with real-time control systems.
Knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, BACnet, UART, RS485.
Experience developing control algorithms for HVAC.
Familiarity with PC-based development tools (Visual Basic, C#, JAVA).
Experience with source code and project management tools (Git, Jira).
Experience working with HQ in Korea or global projects.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a global culture.

Salary Range: $65,000 USD
