Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and Pre-Construction tasks for controls projects.
• Develop and revise advanced sequence of operations for energy efficiency.
• Assess existing BAS to aid design team with equipment selection.
• Conduct field surveys of equipment types and BAS capabilities.
• Create room ventilation schedules per code requirements.
• Provide input on design alternatives, pricing and submittals.
• Manage controls subcontractors onsite and oversee commissioning.
• Lead programming and implementation of controls for critical infra.
