Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Technical Services Engineer II to support Integrated Solutions project delivery in Tucson, AZ. This role provides technical authority across commissioning, RCx, and energy-management initiatives, collaborating with engineers of record and project teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in engineering design or retro-commissioning, a PE license, and strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Travel up to 50% will be required to support sites and clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical authority in RCx and commissioning phases.
• Lead site surveys and review project data.
• Develop energy conservation strategies and integrate designs.
• Review RFPs and ensure alignment with contract documents.
• Mentor TS staff and develop training materials.
• Travel to job sites up to 50% to support project execution.
