Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and pre-construction development of advanced sequence of operations.
• Assist in development of sequences to improve energy efficiency of building HVAC equipment.
• Conduct field surveys to identify existing equipment types and building automation system capabilities.
• Lead programming and controls implementation efforts.
• Provide onsite management of controls and low voltage subcontractors.
• Support commissioning efforts and ensure documentation is complete for all installations.
