Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in HVAC, Energy Management, Building Automation or related technical field.
• +7 years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal or limited information
• Self directed or able to work with limited direction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per ENFRA policies, safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate with project delivery team and manager.
• Execute and complete assigned tasks and deliverables on schedule.
• Participate in site surveys and due diligence to determine facility conditions and energy measures.
• Assist in design/submittal reviews of new construction commissioning scope.
• Utilize CxAlloy to document commissioning scopes.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional tests in CxAlloy.
• Create technical reports and observations for progress and system operation.
• Implement energy conservation measures independently or with partners.
• Review checklists against site conditions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize building system programming.
• Troubleshoot building system integration and networking.
• Use test instrumentation to troubleshoot and verify operations.
• Oversee functional tests for construction scope acceptance.
• Provide on-site supervision of trade partners.
• Document performance and keep records up-to-date.
• Maintain awareness of energy performance targets throughout the project.
• Identify, track, and escalate issues to the right team.
• Assist with issue resolution and proposed solutions.
• Adhere to IS Delivery and Technical Services SOPs.
• Uphold ENFRA core values.
• Other duties as assigned.
