Qualifications

• Experience with building automation systems (e.g., JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, Trane, Tridium, Schneider).
• 10+ years of experience in controls or automation.
• Expert knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with capability to handle fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and pre-construction support to improve energy efficiency of HVAC systems.
• Onsite management of controls and low voltage subcontractors.
• Start-up of control systems including trends, graphics, and programming.
• Program advanced sequences of operations for infrastructure and central plants.
• Lead controls implementation and ensure commissioning documentation is complete.
• Provide feedback on design, pricing decisions, and submittal packages.
