Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Controls Specialist III to set up building automation control systems, develop custom programming, graphics, and trends.

You will design advanced sequences of operations for energy efficiency, oversee field surveys, and manage on-site controls work with a team. Travel up to 50% to job sites and offices is required, with a focus on coordinating design decisions and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience with JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, Trane, Tridium, Schneider, or other building automation systems.
• 10+ years of experience
• Expert knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and Pre-Construction: assist in development and revision of advanced sequence of operations to improve energy efficiency of building HVAC equipment.
• Construction: provide onsite management of work direction of controls and low voltage subcontractors; complete start-up of control systems including trends, graphics, and programming.
• Lead programming and controls implementation; ensure pre-functional checklists have been completed; troubleshoot control installation problems.
• Provide construction administration, progress documentation, and design document updates to the design team; support commissioning efforts as part of the execution team.
• Other: troubleshoot failed equipment, present corrective actions, coordinate with divisions, and uphold company values.
