Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a seasoned HVAC Controls Analyst III in Tucson, AZ. You will evaluate and optimize building systems on-site or remotely, drive RCx and Cx scopes, and mentor TS staff while collaborating with construction, facilities, and engineers to deliver optimized energy outcomes.

This role requires a strong engineering background, 7+ years of commissioning experience, and hands-on proficiency with CxAlloy and cloud-based commissioning tools. Travel is 40-60% to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal information or direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per Company policies and safety guidelines.
• Document and communicate activities to project team regularly.
• Lead site surveys and due diligence for energy conservation measures.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews for RCx/Cx scopes.
• Utilize CxAlloy for commissioning documentation.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and tests in CxAlloy.
• Develop technical reports and observations for progress.
